Associate Director – Statistical Consulting Center

The Department of Statistics at the University of Georgia invites applications for the position of Associate Director of the Statistical Consulting Center, starting July 2008. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. degree in Statistics or a closely related field, and would be hired at the rank of Academic Professional. Duty is management of the UGA Statistical Consulting Center, including supervision of graduate student consultants, provision of statistical advice and reports for on-campus clients, participation in grant and contract proposal writing, and occasional teaching of a graduate course in Supervised Statistical Consulting. This is a 12-month full-time position; salary is commensurate with academic statistical consulting experience.
