Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience.

Preferences:

Successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to interact effectively with senior university administrators, have outstanding oral and written communication skills, and have strong managerial skills. The successful applicant will have excellent analytical modeling capabilities, have a high level of knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques, and have thorough understanding of the design and operation of databases. Knowledge of UCF university-level databases preferred. The successful applicant must have very good knowledge of statistics and be able to use standard statistical software to analyze data. Knowledge of Microsoft tools (including advanced Excel), VBA and SAS (or similar) software is essential.
