Postdoctoral Position for Fall 2008

The Tulane Mathematics Department has an immediate opening for a one-year postdoctoral fellowship with a possible extension to a second year beginning on or after July 1st, 2008.  Preferred areas are possibility, statistics, and stochastic processes.  The postdoctoral fellow will be expected to participate in both research and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in mathematics or statistics.  A complete application consists of CV, research description, teaching statement and three letters of reference, one of which addresses the candidate’s teaching.  Applications should be submitted to
