ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR POSITION

We are seeking candidates for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position, for fall 2008. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in Statistics, or in a related area with graduate course work and doctoral research in statistics, by 8/15/2008.

Strong research record and demonstrated excellence in teaching is desired. We are especially seeking candidates with research interests in applied statistics and ability to collaborate with faculty both within and outside the department. For appointment as Associate Professor a record of successful external funding is required.
