Statistics Department Software Licenses
The Department of Statistics previously held site licenses for several
software products, both statistics and utility. We are trying to
divest ourselves of this responsibility. UF Software Licensing Services and
other departments will offer licenses to UF departments for these
site-licensed products through a cost sharing plan based on the
licensing restrictions and costs for the individual software
packages.
Unless otherwise noted, all of these licenses are reduced cost purchases
based on the campus already having a quantity of the licenses.
Costs are subject to change based on vendor pricing and possible new discount
levels as more licenses are purchased.
If you are interested in obtaining licenses for any of this software,
please send email to software@stat.ufl.edu.
NOTE: Your departmental system administrator should handle the
installation of any software purchased through these site licenses.

- SAS 6.12 & 8.0 for Solaris -
pricing based on "work units" (annual)
- SAS 6.12 & 8.0 for AIX -
pricing based on "work units" (annual) (handled by COG)
- As of October 2003, UF
Software Licensing Services will be administering Minitab for Windows and
MacOS via annual licensing.
