| Abstract: | Graphs, the natural language of mankind, often make even complex statistical concepts easy to understand. Graphs also enhance our ability to communicate complex informaton. This seminar will focus on a number of fundamental tools and techniques for presenting technical data. It will review the ten key factors of a good presentation (the "Dos and the Don'ts") -- and will then highlight the seven key methods of presenting complex technical data (using examples of Economic, Demographic, and Industry data). |
