Company Information: The University of Pittsburgh Center for Clinical Trials & Data Coordination (CCDC) is a leader in the design, conduct, coordination, and analysis of clinical trials. Position Title: ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Duties and Responsibilities: The CCDC is seeking a full time, non-tenure track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. This faculty position will be a core faculty member in the Division of General Internal Medicine (www.dom.pitt.edu/dgim), the Center for Research on Health Care Data Center (www.crhc.pitt.edu/DataCenter), and the Institute for Clinical Research Education (www.icre.pitt.edu). The faculty will be actively engaged in all aspects of clinical trial design, conduct, coordination, and analysis. He/she will be expected to collaborate on research grants as well as teach in our degree programs in the ICRE.

Position Qualifications: The applicant must have a Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field. He/she should also have expertise in clinical trials with an interest in eventually leading data coordinating centers for large collaborative studies. Preference will be given to applicants who have at least two years of experience either as a post doc or faculty and have strong communication skills.

Salary Range: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
