Company Information: The Department of Statistics seeks applications to fill a non-tenure track Lecturer position during the 2017-2018 academic year

Position Title: Lecturer

Duties and Responsibilities: Subject areas of particular need include, but are not limited to, introductory statistics for undergraduates (e.g., biology, commerce), statistical literacy, and upper division undergraduate courses as needed. Compensation may take the form of part-time salary with part-time benefits or full-time salary with full-time benefits, depending upon the number of courses taught.

Position Qualifications: A degree in statistics at the M.S. level is required; a Ph.D. is preferred. Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching. Previous experience in teaching well-prepared undergraduates at a large state university if highly desirable.
