Position Title: Postdoctoral Research Scientist

Duties and Responsibilities: We are inviting applicants to a postdoctoral associate position emphasizing the development of new statistical and computational methods for analyzing electronic health record (EHR) data. More specifically, our work focuses on the new statistical and computational approaches for (1) defining patient similarities using high-dimensional EHR data, (2) classifying patient groups based on patient similarities from EHR data, and (3) associating patient groups with outcomes from EHR data.

Position Qualifications: The candidate should have a doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, informatics or other related fields. Candidates with strong quantitative research background and experience working with large scale data are desirable. Strong computational and communication skills are essential.

Salary Range: $48000-$60000, based on applicants’ qualification
