Markov Random Field in Image Processing
Markov random fields
have recently been used in image processing with great success. It
unifies many ad hoc methods invented previously. This talk covers the
development of Markov random field in image restoration and
segmentation. Also covered are its applications to SAR (Synthetic
Aperture Radar) imagery and some current challenging problems in this
area. In addition, I will discuss briefly the modern statistical
concepts of Gibbs sampler and simulated annealing.
